Fees

• Student (master/PhD)*: 1 080 euros
• Non-student (post-doctoral fellow, professional, faculty): 1 200 euros

(*) Discount fees are available for students (Master/Phd), based on a proof of status (enrollment certificate, reference letter from Phd supervisor, copy of the student card).

Fees include:

• Three-night accommodation in a single bedroom + breakfast (check-in June 9, check-out June 12, 2024)
• Lunches, coffee-breaks and dinners
• Social activity
• Materials required for the course

Payment

The link to the online payment will be sent individually after acceptance of your application.

If registration fees are paid by a sponsor (university, company, etc.), please provide all details for invoicing when you apply, including the contact details of the person in charge of the invoicing within the organization.

Cancellations

A refund of the full fee is possible if the cancellation request is sent by e-mail before May 2, 2024. After this date, no refund will be possible.
The cancellation request must be justified by the occurrence of recognized serious conditions having physically prevented the person from attending the summer school such hospitalization, or by a serious and recognized family event.
Refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months.
